1. Lawful use only
Bluefeed is intended strictly for lawful use, including defensive security operations, cyber intelligence, monitoring, research, analysis, and internal response support.
2. Internal use / authorized use
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Bluefeed is for your own internal use, or for use otherwise permitted by the rights of the owner of the information displayed. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or externally commercialize the platform or its outputs.
3. Third-party rights
Bluefeed may display, summarize, enrich, or link to third-party content and data. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Your use of displayed information may remain subject to the rights, licenses, or restrictions of the original source or rights holder.
4. No offensive misuse
You may not use Bluefeed to support illegal activity, unauthorized access, offensive operations, credential abuse, malware deployment, harassment, privacy violations, or sanctions/export evasion.
5. APIs, data feeds, and integrations
If your plan includes APIs, feeds, exports, or integrations, including MISP-related workflows, they may be used only within the scope of your plan and these Terms. Unless expressly authorized, you may not use them to build or power a competing product or external service.
6. AI-assisted outputs
Some Bluefeed features may include AI-assisted or automated outputs. These are provided to support human review and should not be treated as guaranteed, complete, or final conclusions.
7. No warranty
Bluefeed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every threat, indicator, actor, or event will be detected or correctly classified.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if use of the platform violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or is otherwise prohibited by law or contract.
